Tender

Matt, our surveyor, sent us a message to say that the tender documents have gone out to four building firms. In his words:

"I can also confirm that the tender documents have been sent out yesterday to:
F Watson
JW Rihoy
Waite property
RG Falla
All four have stated that they are very interested."

In addition, we're hoping that the downturn in the building market will pass some benefits on to us. An article in the local paper had these two quotes from a local politician:

"Now is a good time to obtain competetive prices"

and

"We're suggesting that private developers should start taking notice of the situation. It could be to their advantage"

The signs are good. Fingers crossed.
